Hi there! My name is Sapan Diwakar. I’m a full-stack developer specialized in the development of web applications using React, Rails, Node.js, TypeScript & more. I also enjoy developing applications for iOS and Android. I’m based in Lausanne, Switzerland. I graduated from École Polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne in 2013 with an M.S. in Computer Science. Quotesy is an iOS app. In nutshell, it is 9gag for movies and TV show quotes. It allows you to read your memorable quotes from your favorite movies and TV shows. Check it out here

HowSoon is easy to use, a free app that helps you to quickly find the next departures for routes near you (Only for Switzerland). Available for iOS, Android and Windows Phones.

In 2010, I was awarded the DAAD fellowship for a research project in Germany.

I was born and raised in Madhya Pradesh, India. I traveled to Switzerland on a brief contract assignment in 2011, I’ve been here ever since. I am huge Federer fan and looking forward for Grad Slam #18 #19 #20 #21. I met him when he came to Lausanne for a celebration after the Davis Cup victory against France. My other interest includes trekking, hiking, gardening, playing PS4, playing sports. Lately, I have started writing which I always wanted to do. So that's a bit about me.
